Born by the beach in San Diego, California Tacos focuses on freshness and very generous American-style serving sizes, including Australia’s biggest nachos!

Caribou partnered with NV Design Agency to deliver on the lighting strategy and product solutions, which included the prominent use of our MERCURY 2.0 spot light on track, RAZOR 2 linear with RGBW colour changing LED, SEDONA 2.0 down lights for the back of house food prep and a feature NOVA 2.0 wall light.
