Opera Apartments has been crafted with the buildings’ premier location in mind, by bringing the outdoors in and maximising views over the parklands and across to the city. The building was designed by award-winning architects Paul Fairweather and Tony Jemmott, in conjunction with Trish Szonert of MMO Interiors and constructed by Hutchinson Builders.
The sophisticated entrance begins with an expansive outdoor lobby featuring custom designed Caribou pendants. Paying respect to the building’s namesake, the pendants drip from the ceiling like elegant organ pipes. The 16-level building also features a rooftop sky garden with alfresco dining and a resort-style infinity pool.
The spacious apartments feature sleek lines and a black-and-white theme throughout, creating a unified sophisticated feel, setting the benchmark for luxury apartments in South Brisbane. Ebony floor tiles and black tap-ware contrast with white wall tiles and fittings in the bathroom. With the addition of our Razor illuminating a recessed shelf and long bench-top, the bathroom is worthy of a five-star hotel.
